Due to state regulations Lucca the Napa Dog cannot ship alcohol to: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Kentucky, Mississippi, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, US Territories, PO Boxes, Canada, or APO/FPO/DPO.

If we cannot ship alcohol to your state, we will automatically substitute your wine or beer with one of our favorite non-alcoholic options. 

Gifts with alcohol cannot be sold or delivered to minors. When ordering these gifts, you will be asked to confirm you and the recipient are 21 years or older.  If the Shipping Provider cannot confirm the recipient’s age is 21 years or older at the time of delivery, your gift will be returned to our headquarters and an additional fee will be required to reship the gift.
