Local Napa Hand-Delivery

Free local hand-delivery is available for addresses within Napa (zip codes 94558 and 94559). Orders outside this area ship via the rates below. Please contact us if you are hoping for a hand-delivery in the greater Napa Valley are, Sonoma etc. for a specific quote.

If you're visiting or local to Napa Valley and would like to pick up your gift, you can schedule your pick up at our store address: 1580 1st St. Napa, 94559. All scheduled pick-up orders must be given at least 12hrs notice. Feel free to call us if you have a gifting emergency, we would love to try and help.

Same-Day Shipping & Cutoffs

We try our very best to ship all orders the same day if placed before 9am PST (12pm EST) Monday-Friday (unless a future ship date has been noted, of course!). Orders placed after 9am PST, Monday-Friday, weekends or holidays, will ship the following business day. Lucca the Napa Dog does not ship on major holidays or weekends.

Special Handling During Hot Months

  • During the warmer weather months (June 1st - October 1st) we only deliver chocolate and fresh cheese gifts locally, or ship them overnight to preserve freshness and prevent melting. 
  • Fruit gift baskets (2-day shipping, Mon-Wed only)

Shipping Alcohol

Due to state regulations Napa Sonoma Supply cannot ship alcohol to: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Mississippi, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, US Territories, PO Boxes, Canada, or APO/FPO/DPO.

If we cannot ship alcohol to your state, we will automatically substitute your wine or beer with one of our favorite non-alcoholic options. 

Gifts with alcohol cannot be sold or delivered to minors. When ordering these gifts, you will be asked to confirm you and the recipient are 21 years or older.  If the Shipping Provider cannot confirm the recipient’s age is 21 years or older at the time of delivery, your gift will be returned to our headquarters and an additional fee will be required to reship the gift.

Lucca the Napa Dog cannot ship internationally or to APO, FPO, and PO boxes.
